You can order accessories on Add To Plan, which lets you buy new kit, and spreads the cost across your monthly EE bills over the next 11 months. It doesn’t cost you any more – there are no fees and no interest, and it’s not just for pay monthly mobile plans either. 4GEE WiFi and tablet plan users can benefit too.

Here’s some helpful information of what to expect if you ordered one.
When the PS5 is out of stock, you can register here to get notified when it is available to order again.
You are able to order if you are an existing EE customer within the first 17 months of your contract and are eligible to take Add to Plan (please note, not available at time of upgrade).
No, the PS5 is only available to buy online through the online shop
When you place your order online you will see an on-screen message like the one below with an xko number
You will also get an email about your order which will look like the below
If there are any problems with your order you will be contacted directly.
You will be kept up to date with your order by regular weekly messages, no need to call.
Your payment will not be taken straight away, so no need to check your bank account. It will be taken when your PS5 order is being processed on your account.
Yes, we are selling various packages of games, controllers and consoles.
You will get free Monday to Friday delivery as standard on all online orders and will receive a notification when it is out for delivery.
DPD – our courier partner, will send you a text the day before your EE order arrives to confirm delivery for the following day. The message will also include options to change and track your parcel on DPD’s website.
A further message will be sent on the day of delivery advising the 1 hour slot in which your delivery will be attempted, again this message will include options to change and track your parcel.
If you wish to cancel your order, please call us on 150 to do so.

Yeah would think so. I had processed email on Monday so not really expecting it this week tbh. But some communication would be nice!! They say everything is ok but people seem to have different scenarios and it’s a bit worrying. I did have the £10 out of my account and then put straight back in. But they are saying they have been paid 🤷🏻♂️ and now I’m £10 in credit 🤦🏻♂️ I’m Not to bothered about the ps+ at tho mo just obvs want the console 😂.

Why are people posting exact times they ordered not like the time of order matters just as long as the order went through half the people posting on this board seems to me like they just trolling people trying to rile them and havent even ordered through ee with how quickly them seem to be saying thiers was dispatched

I just spoke to someone from digital care, about something completely different. Thought I’d ask about the PSN bundles from the 19th whilst I was at it. She said they are expected to be dispatched this week.

I always fear the worst when they say they are expecting to send them out by the 15th. If they have the stock and know how many orders they have taken they should know 100% when they are being sent out. Saying they are expecting seems to me like they are relying on stock coming from Sony. Which isn’t a good sign. Hope I’m wrong.

I ordered 3rd as well. £10 taken and an email on Monday to say my order is winging its way to me. Nothing more than that though and when I spoke to EE they said there is no tracking info yet. 🤞

02 order number means that your order was processed and put on their system. I ordered on 3rd, bundle without PS+ and it's coming tomorrow.

Ordered on the 3rd bundle\controller. Had an email from dpd saying Ill receive it today , didn’t even leave EE until today at 3pm apparently it’s at Hinckley atm for delivery tomorrow , so Ive waited in all day for nothing lol typical 🙄
