**UPDATED** We've added some extra information to cover some more frequently asked questions

 

You can order accessories on Add To Plan, which lets you buy new kit, and spreads the cost across your monthly EE bills over the next 11 months. It doesn’t cost you any more – there are no fees and no interest, and it’s not just for pay monthly mobile plans either. 4GEE WiFi and tablet plan users can benefit too.

Here’s some helpful information of what to expect if you ordered one.

 

 

The PS5 is showing as out of stock, what should I do?


When the PS5 is out of stock, you can register here to get notified when it is available to order again.



Am I eligible?


You are able to order if you are an existing EE customer within the first 17 months of your contract and are eligible to take Add to Plan (please note, not available at time of upgrade).

 

 

Can I buy over the phone?


No, the PS5 is only available to buy online through the online shop

 

 

How do I know my order has been successful?


When you place your order online you will see an on-screen message like the one below with an xko number

If there are any problems with your order you will be contacted directly.


You will be kept up to date with your order by regular weekly messages, no need to call.

 

 

When will my £10 upfront payment be taken?


Your payment will not be taken straight away, so no need to check your bank account. It will be taken when your PS5 order is being processed on your account.

 

 

Will you be selling accessories or games?


Yes, we are selling various packages of games, controllers and consoles.

 

 

How will I find out about my delivery details?

 

You will get free Monday to Friday delivery as standard on all online orders and will receive a notification when it is out for delivery.

 

DPD – our courier partner, will send you a text the day before your EE order arrives to confirm delivery for the following day. The message will also include options to change and track your parcel on DPD’s website.

 

A further message will be sent on the day of delivery advising the 1 hour slot in which your delivery will be attempted, again this message will include options to change and track your parcel.

 

 

What if I want to cancel my order?


If you wish to cancel your order, please call us on 150 to do so.

@mtm81 around page 302ish I posted a list of retailers due to get PS5 stock in from the 14th onwards. Could you try to get a pS5 through them and then reorder your sons phone so hopefully your’ll end up with both? 

That's a very kind reply and not something I thought was an option to be honest (thought the stock was totally gone until the new year)

 

The phone is for the birthday (15th) and the PS5 for xmas, so if I get a hold of one anytime that would good.

And to anyone else reading this post and keeping up with my dilemma - I've gone off trying to communicate with EE via pigeon and will now resort to two yoghurt pots and string....

Ordered on 3rd December. Received email yesterday saying my delivery will be today (9th December) checked DPD app and said they are still waiting for parcel.

 

Just spoke to another member of EE and told that they have sent my order and DPD are still yet to collect it from the warehouse and give an update. 

 

Ordered on 3rd with controller.

 

dpd has just delivered.

Having the same issue with mine, have been told the same thing but no updates on the app yet.

Same thing happened to me, was supposed to be delivered today but dpd tracking says they haven’t received the package yet, went on live chat with EE and they said it has been picked up by dpd but they haven’t updated the tracking.

 

Contacted dpd who said they have not received the package and to contact EE again so called them up and they told me they have no idea where the package is and the agent filled out a web form to start an investigation stating the reason is “lost in transition”

1&hr bit on the phone. A cut off and a call back. A manager spoke to digital sales team for me and I am defiantly getting mine before 15th. They have my stock there.

Been on this forum since page 1. Phoned up and I got told 100% my ps+ bundle will be recieved by 15th Dec. I said if it doesn't I am formally complaining and expect compensation as you have sent out orders placed 2 weeks after. They said they would compensate me if it doesn't arrive but they won't need to as it will be here by the 15th Dec...

FYI update from one of the managment team. Hopefully this gives those PS+ people like myself some comfort.

Appreciate the heads up, last I heard the relevant team were getting a statement together, pretty much saying that orders will be fulfilled by 15th December 2020 as that was has always been said
