Hi I have spoken to Cs who have confirmed I'm entitled to 12 months on my fibre 900 packaged and have not heard back after an email was sent off from then.
Unable to use and would like it back ASAP

@Pbody , I would suggest ringing customer service, as they can take a look into this, why it has been cancelled after six months.

Have spoken to both Microsoft and ee numerous times for hours today both passing the blame with no resolution in site unable to use the service

It was EE's error as confirmed by customer service. It was set to 6 months instead of 12 so it didn't auto renew. Xbox can't do anything about reinstating it and have said to go back to ee. I think a new code needs generating or for it to be unsubscribed then subscribed again, but I don't have that option and neither does Microsoft.
