Game pass stopped working

I have had the series x bundle for a few months now, and up until yesterday the gamepass was working fine.
Now it has stopped, yet my console states that it is active. So now am paying for something I can't use

Does the Game pass still show as active in your My EE add-ons?
What happens when you try and use the Game pass?

Yes it is still showing as active, and when I try play a game pass game it says I need buy the game

It says the same on any game that is currently listed on gamepass

Same happened to me, dont expect it to get sorted with the kind of people you have to deal with at EE. They are now stealing from me and are in breach of contract i have with them, not Microsoft, them. Clowns on the customer service doesnt help anyone and to call them tech gurus is insulting.
