Hello,
I’ve purchased the Xbox series x bundle which should come with an EE game voucher and a 24 month Xbox game pass subscription. This was purchased in November and that back end of December still not received these. Not impressed when I’ve paid my monthly subscription for this and upheld my part of the contract and EE haven’t.
Called them to no avail and was given this email address Bhneegaming@waivpay.com to no avail either.

The Xbox Game Pass should be available to activate by going to ee.co.uk/xbox and entering the number that your bundle was added to and confirming the PIN then hitting the Activate button under the Game Pass.
If you have not recieved the Game Card then one of our guides on 150 will need to raise a form for you to our product support team to help get one sent out. The e-mail address you were provided will only be able to help if you already have the Game Card but are having issue redeeming it.

Hello,
Thank you for getting in touch. The link keeps taking me through but then coming up with error messages to say technical issues.
How can this be fixed as I have a son desperate to use his Christmas present

@Chris640 Is that after you get to the page and enter the PIN it comes up with an error?
Please try going to the page on mobile data if you are using WiFi. Also make sure you do not have any kind of VPN enabled on your connection. If the issue is still occurring after that, please try visiting the page using a different browser and device to see if the error still occurs.

Tried on mobile data and still getting the same issue.
I put my number in, then the one time code then get told it has technical issues.

Hi,
managed to get it a step further using a laptop. It’s only coming up with a one month free trial when my bundle said 24month subscription and an EE gaming gift card

@Chris640 That is great glad to hear you are now getting to the activation process. So just to confirm after that PIN you selected Activate and were taken to login to your Microsoft account? If so during checkout it will show a 1 month subscription but it renews every month for the 24 months, so what you are seeing is normal.

Thanks Alex, will I need to do this every month or does it automatically do this?
My account had a payment plan setup for his account will these over ride this and apply the 24months?
also how do I access the EE gaming card please?

@Chris640 You only need to activate once, the free game pass will rollover automatically every month for the 24 months.
If you have activated the bundle Game pass on the same Microsoft account you were previously paying for, then we would take over the subscription and you would no longer be charged by Microsoft.
For the Game Card, if you have not received it then you would need to give us another call on 150 and ask that a guide raises a web form for you which will go to our product support team to help get a Game Card sent out. It is only if you have already received your Game Card but cannot redeem it that you would need to contact that e-mail address you have.
