Good morning 

I have received an item which came with Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, but I have no way to activate it, if I go to ee/xbox there is nothing to activate. Should I have received an activation code?

Can you make sure that you are entering the mobile number that the laptop is being charged against when you visit ee.co.uk/xbox, as it will need to match the correct number for it to activate.

If it still says there is nothing to activate, can you try it on both mobile data and WiFi, and clear the cookies and cache from your browser, or try another browser or device.

If none of these steps get you any further, please give our customer service guides a call, and they'll check that it is all set up correctly on your account.

I can have a look to see how you can get the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate activated.

What item did you purchase?

Was it on Add to Plan, where you pay for it monthly on your mobile bill, linked to a broadband account or something you've purchased outright?
