Game Pass Ultimate - 12 months free

Hi all,

I recently moved from BT to EE for my home broadband and was informed that I would get 12 months free game pass ultimate. My move has been anything but smooth, and has still not completed (three weeks so far).

The issue I have is that my game pass is due to expire on the 19th, and I am yet to receive anything from EE (I presume because the BB order is still in limbo).

Anyone got any ideas or is it yet ANOTHER call to 150?

Hi @Moose_UK

Thanks for coming back to the community.

Do you have an EE mobile?

If so, does the Game Pass Ultimate show in your EE app add-ons?

Leanne.

I have EE mobile but was told I would get 12 months with my full fibre broadband. There has been no end of problems with the broadband getting setup, cancellations and re-orders and so on.

Because it hasn’t fully gone through, I can’t look at anything on the EE website without it crashing.

My game pass expires Sunday, so I’m now going to be out of pocket and have to start paying for it because EE can’t get my order through properly!

I am really sorry to hear this @Moose_UK

To check if you can get the link to get set up for when your current Game Pass ends please call us when you get the chance and the team will see if they can get this sorted for you and provide an update on your broadband order.

Leanne.

Just told to wait again.. They said someone is meant to call me on the 22nd, so let's see if that even happens.

Really wishing I hadn't started this move to EE now, the stress it causes is ridiculous. Getting emails telling me to return all the EE equipment now.. I've already sent back my BT equipment so what the hell am I supposed to use to stay connected?

Same here, many years of good service from bt but poor wi-fi I decided to go full fibre. Nothing but problems, charged more than my contract stated, unable to see my bill online, digital voice phone not working and no free xbox pass as yet. Very little information on EE app. Good news is Internet has improved.
