So I bought an Xbox ally bundle that should come with a £50 gamecard. Which I received the code and pin for but when I enter this into the EE gaming site on both check balance and at check out it shows not found.
I have spoken to customer services who have escalated this and all they did was send the same code which still doesn't work. I know it's just a bonus thing but honestly at this point it's the principle they advertise a free £50 gamecard with the bundle and it hasn't been delivered my next point of contact will be with trading standards as this could be false advertising.

I am sorry to hear you are having an issue redeeming your EE Gamecard, if you have purchased a bundle which included it you are certainly entitled to it. If there is an issue with the card then an agent would need to escalate it to the product support team for further help.
I am sorry it has not been resolved the first time you got in touch, when you get a chance I would recommend getting back in touch to let one of our guides know it has not worked.
