I wanted to know if anyone else faced this issue my son upgraded 2/3 contacts I have with EE for me and he enquired about the ps portal to be told it has added to my plan I even had to confirm it all for him and gave the phone back to my son and they told him when stock is back it would be sent out to me automatically and we would be sent a DPD tracking number
only for him to call to enquire to be told there is nothing on files so they basically lied to the poor boy but I don’t understand what I was confirming as the bill Payer if nothing is on file when the whole call is recorded anyway. Not very good we lying to a customer of 20 plus years from one2one to t mobile to EE

Welcome to the community.
I'm sorry to hear of your son's experience and that you didn't receive the product. I'm sure there'll be an explanation for this. Have you opened a complaint? Are they looking into that recording that you mentioned?

Hello I was wondering why EE sells a portal if you can’t even connect to a ee hotspot I am phoning them tomorrow to try and get it fixed as connecting to a mobile hotspot is one of the main reasons that I got it
