EE GameCard nightmare

So I ordered TWO Xbox’s back in September BOTH orders never went through, no one could fine my orders. After calling they were reordered I received both Xbox’s a few days later, couple weeks late I noticed I never received my pass and game card that was part of the bundle was told over and over again I’d have them within 30days of receiving, as a good gesture a lovely colleague got ONE of my game cards to me via live chat and that was fine. Fast forward to now and I haven’t got the 2nd Xbox gamecard, after calls and multiple live chats no one seems to be able to just help, this is becoming so frustrating and I’ve really had enough.

supposedly Sunday afternoon but I was told yesterday it was done yesterday and I’d have the card by 4:30 but I’m not holding much hope on that.

If you see my previous post about my whole experience with this xbox bundle, I’ve spent the last 3 days arguing with numerous people I’ve been fobbed off about 5 times cause these people working for EE don’t seem to know what their doing, I’m having to tell them things they should know it’s beyond a joke. I’m paying over £200 a month for this to happen something so simple, I purchased TWO xbox with the bundle of the pass and £70 card I have only received ONE I waited the 30 days I was told, it’s been OVER 30 days and still no help or card n pass, I’m spending hrs n hrs on live chat and calls and no one has got a clue, the first time I got the code so easily. I can guarantee I won’t be purchasing again EVER and neither will anyone I know, I’m heavily pregnant and this is for my sons birthday, he’s got an xbox he can’t even buy games on. I wouldn’t have bought it else if I’d known it would cause me this much stress. Please Alex and Leanne don’t come commenting pretending to care on this post, you’ve helped no way what so ever.

Told it was 72hrs not 24hrs which is another lie he said 24hrs. I doubt I’m ever gonna sort this
