I am contacting you regarding charges for my Xbox Game Pass subscription. When I spoke to a representative previously, I was informed that I would receive 6 months free as part of a promotional offer. However, I have noticed that I was charged last month and again this month.
When I called previously to claim my promotional pack, I was advised that the issue would be investigated and that I would receive 6 months free. Given the charges that have since been taken, I would like this matter reviewed and request a refund for any incorrect charges.
Please could you investigate my account and confirm the status of the promotional offer and any refund due.
