Black Ops6 Beta code not working

Hi

I've received my code for Black ops6  beta but it doesn't work as the code is short or its wrong . 

the code lenght i got is ----/-----/---- when it should be ----/----/----/----

is there anyway i can get a new one?

I've had a check over details of the Black Ops 6 beta, including on their official site and it says that this should be a 13 digit code in the same format as the one you received. 

Could you possibly be looking at an international site?

Hi

For some unknown reason when I logged into my   COD account it wouldn't accept the code, I then went through battlenet into my account and the code worked.

Hi, the code needs to be redeemed on https://profile.callofduty.com/promotions/redeemCode then choose platform and they'll give you a code to redeem on you console
