Hi all!
I changed my broadband plan in December 2024 and received an email and text stating id receive 6 months of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.
I've waited until now to activate it, but I see no option to activate it, only an option to join for £12.99!
I've tried looking through the EE App and mobile website. I've received no code to activate anything.
Any ideas what I'm not seeing?

I again phoned 150 and went through the same steps. The Guide I spoke to suggested I email bhneegaming@waivpay.com.
Emailed them stating the problem which was on the 24th February. Haven't heard anything as of yet.
My bill payment is due 3rd March, so I would really like to get this sorted before then!

I would suggest getting back in touch with our technical support guides and see if they can help with the charge that has been added. They will have access to the account and see if this can be sorted out before the payment is due.
