I have recently bought a PS5 on a monthly contact and the bundle says it includes 24 months of PSN, however I've been sent 4x£50 vouchers and a year's PSN subscription is £119.99. I don't really want to pay the extra £19.99 each year when the bundle says I should have 24 months included.
Looks like others have had this issue but I'm not sure how it's been resolved. .

Hi @Young_gloom
Which bundle did you buy the 24 month extra bundle or Premium bundle . From you are post it looks like the 24 month extra deal
https://ee.co.uk/gaming/playstation
There are three PSN options:
- Essential £59.99
- The Extra subscription is £99.99
- Premium. £119.99
The PS5 bundle is the extra subscription which is £99.99 as above which is the years subscription you received and then you buy another year with the vouchers in the PSN store. PSN membership is stackable.
Thanks
