it has been third day since the EE app is not working could any tell us what is wrong and how long will take to be fixed i never experienced such problem with EE before

@hurram Accounts where off line last night but they are now up and running again, Have you tried deleting the app and reinstalling it ? If this still doesn’t work you need to call customer services and request that they reset your online account.
