what's wrong with my payment online i cannot see here my bill

I having trouble to ay my bill I use pay online my broadband phone and couple months been Acord, I need help

Are you having problems logging into your My EE?

What happens when you try and select Bills and Payments and then view bill?

say not do back off so cancel anything I order  okay 

i only know i been with EE over 10 years it because i not like change things like contacts etc but now i pay more broadband and plus mobile phone then you came to aske more money? how trust you are ?why rip me off?
