website account keep coming up with this An unexpected error occurred. so i usage data its been like that for 4 days now

i cant see my text message usage why only calls and date  arrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Dos this happen on both the app and the website?

Could you previously see texts?

I could see this until they have done a update what on earth is going on with we last few weeks couldn’t get on app or website to view data usage

If so, I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team so they can check your account.
