The EE app is appallingly bad. For a tech firm it’s embarrassing. I frequently cannot use parental controls because the app is undergoing maintenance. This is potentially dangerous as it means leaving the internet accessible when I need it to be closed off. Cannot count the amount of times this has happened. Wish I could change providers
