"Message us" isn't showing up in the app.

I want to chat for support, but other people say their app has a <Message Us> feature, and I can't see it on mine.
I don't know why. 😭

Mine has it. Latest app v5.50.0 on iOS 18.1. What device is this on? Can you see any app update available?

Are you on PAYG? Only if you are on contract will Live Chat be found under the Help section of the MyEE app.

I think I'm under the company account. In this case Is it impossible to use Live chat and view the bill as well?
And if the company keeps paying the bill, is it okay not to worry even if this kind of message pops up?

I think if you're on the company account (ie, the company is the EE customer) you'd need to show the company what you're seeing.

- Is my direct debit cancelled, if payment missed? in Contracts & Billing
- Game Pass stopped working but showing as Active on the Xbox in Offers & Add-ons
- Two accounts but only one showing in EE app and website
