my ee app is not 'is being improved'. How long will it be offline please?

@alanbennett , what is your problem with the app, are you able to log in via the website to your account?
The app does work, have you tried uninstalling it and downloading it again, cleared the cache? If this does not solve the problem, you will have to ring customer service to reset your account.
