i need talk to Live chat on EE app, no option there. becuase i am Deaf and need message. 

they say "Live Chat will be found under the Help section of the MyEE app". i seen is not there in EE app. show you of attach image.

I'm very sorry the message us option is not showing in your EE app. 

We would need to get the app looked into for you. Our Contact Us About Mobile Billing and Account page has ways you can contact us using Text Relay or British Sign Language. The team will be happy to help with your query and see what could be causing the message us option not showing in the app for you.

@ItAdam  Please read THIS on how you can chat with customer support.     I’ve never had the live chat option within the EE app and I’m on contract also and it should be there for me 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Could you try uninstalling and then reinstalling the app please?

This will ensure that you have the latest version of the app installed.

@Chris_B , not sure why it is not there for you under help, as I did not have it for months, but with the latest version it is now there.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

@Chris_S yes i did been reinstalling the app, then EE app and also latest version. EE app is still same of before and not there live chat!
