i can't upgrade

Even though i have been told i can have an early upgrade every time i try to do it it automatically  takes me to the iphone 14 plus page and i cannot go into samsung phones in the shop pleas help

You could always ring customer service and they should be able to sort you out with the Samsung phone and you may even get a better deal by speaking to them, rather than doing it online.

Even if u can upgrade, no one answers the phone, so u can't upgrade & you can't leave 

@PoorOldEE , yes they do, it may take a while, as they are helping other customers, if the lines are busy, hang up and try again at another time, probably the best time is early in the morning. I have never had to wait more than 20 minutes.

Have you logged on in your account and tried from there, you may get an answer quicker?
