up graded yesterday to a sim only contract yesterday and got a tablet aswel since up grading yesterday keep getting this any ideas

Welcome to the community.

Could you try using the EE Online desktop site to log in please? It should give you the option to link your products to your account.

If it doesn't work on the device you're using, could you try on another one please?

Once they're linked, you'll be able to use the EE App fully.

I can login to the app on my tablet and I can login online on the ee desktop site is it my mobile numbers I enter to link products to my account?

That's right @wakka80. If you enter your mobile number in the section for linking accounts, it'll take you through the linking process.
