Left EE & cancelled DD. As expected they contacted me for the amount. I tried for over an hour to get a copy of the bill to see what I am being charged for. ( I know the amount) This is impossible unless I agree to a letter which is charged for! I was told I could still access billing on app . I couldn't access billing so called again & was then told app wasn't working properly!. Then told app was working but because I had left EE, I couldn't get full access ( only access I have is to see my own name & email!) Next I was told that I couldn't be sent an electronic copy due to " data protection" I was then advised just to wait until finance dept contacted me but of course they will probably try to make a late payment charge!

I'm seriously thinking about taking legal advice, surely it must be a legal right to ask for a bill or receipt for goods /services?

@Missmouse3 , have you tried logging in via the website?

If you want a paper bill, then you will have to pay a small amount I believe it is £2.45.

I am not sure what legal advice you want to take, as that would be more than just paying to have the bill sent to you. You have the right  to ask and they have offered you several ways to see/receive your bill.

You should not have cancelled your direct debit until after your final bill.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
This is incorrect! I have only been offered the post out of the final bill at a cost. I know it is small but thats not the point! I am being prevented from viewing my bill online, both on the app & webpage!

@Missmouse3 You really should not have cancelled the DD, EE are correct you now have limited access, and you do have rights, but for that you need to pay the extra charge. HTH
