I can't log into account August 2022, it doesn't say my username or password is incorrect, just " We can't log you in" message comes up.
Anybody else having difficulties and anybody have a solution?

@stevietee10 You’ll need to call customer services about this. It might be worth asking for an account reset.

I have had same problem for two weeks now tried again today and still no joy. Has anyone been able to get anywhere with customer services?

Not sure if it's the same issue for everyone else.
App is fine for me, but when logging into the online account, the website immediately logs me out after inputting login details.
It also gives my the following message after logging: "You've successfully logged out".
