You should be telling your clients who are paying your wages how many gigabytes they have left on their EE app are you do not tell them anything as you are only trying to sell more gadgets and phones to your clients what do you think they have a app for

I'm not sure where you're looking but my allowances are front and centre alongside my bill amount on the Home page when I launch the EE App, in a box stating "Mobile data left" along with the date it resets on.

As I am on contract just for my SIM card and that's only yearly contract
but they never let me know how much I am paying and I never know how many
gigabytes I have left on my contract each month as my EE app tells me
nothing so I cannot see why I use a EE app in the first place

Is your mobile account linked to your EE App or can you see any of the details at all?

If not, can you see a button saying Link a Product? Try going through that process to see if you can link it.
