I've been trying to use this website for 2 years and still, i am met with "SORRY, YOU CAN'T ACCESS MY EE RIGHT NOW".   Never have i seen a company who tries so hard to remove their customers. It must be a ploy to force you to use the number so that you can talk directly with their sales team and upsale you. Spoliers, not going to happen.
