Seriously, this website is one of the worst I've ever seen, especially for a company that brags so much about it's awards won, and even more so when almost EVERYTHING says to "do this online" - WE CAN'T!!!!!!
I don't think I've ever seen a website that logs you out with every single click, and then spurts a load of gibberish about how they're number one. You're not, you just make the most sales, but your website and customer service leave a LOT to be desired.
Oh and the bloody app, wow! Talk about false advertisement! I got a notification to add "the brand new Apple Airpods" to my plan, did that and then arrived the previous years model turns up. Have you ever tried to return an item to EE because OH MY GOD is it an effing joke!! I still don't know if the returns are open as I've had NO comms. No email, no text, NOTHING.
EE, this is embarassing. DO BETTER!

The signal on EE is just terrible!
I'm a foreigner and my foreign sim card has a better reception than my EE sim card, and this is about most every where.
Just because I'm a foreigner here, and trying to discover this country I move a lot all over the place. And whether it's in the outback or in the middle of the city center, my foreign sim always has a better signal. What's worse I cannot even change the mobile connection to use a different network, because EE does not allow it. It's honestly a disgrace and there is no excuse.

What's worse is the EE website.
How can you justify that necessary pages are not navigatable through the website?
This page for instance: https://ee.co.uk/plans-subscriptions/mobile/settings-permissions
has no immediate links to it from My EE . I spent 30 minutes looking and only found it because someone posted a direct link to it on a forum.
Afterwards I spent another 30 minutes to see if I could actually reach that page via MyEE and sadly that was not the case.
I work in IT and I can honestly say the website is atrocious. It's hard to find bad on this level. This is something that needs looking at ASAP.
But the worst of all is that when you look through the help on EE you get to this page for instance:

which just has wrong information on it!!!!!
e.g.
What menu?? where is Manage Device?? If you go to My EE these options are nowhere to be found!!!
I don't need any guide to coverage checker, I need EE to clean up their mess!

This thread is laughable. Completing ignoring what the customer is complaining about and giving ridiculous responses.
Awful website and awful customer service. I am trying to leave EE today and its near impossible because the pages send you round in circles and then give you error messages.
Worst website I have ever encountered. Use your sheer amount of revenue to better your crappy website and improve customer services and maybe customers will be more likely to stay.
