I havent been able to us my app for a couple of weeks. Whats going on? Its frustrating and annoying. You are supposed to be the leaders in the mobile monopoly.

If you are unable to access your My EE app, can you try deleting the app then going to the play/app store searching My EE and redownload the app, does this work for you?
If not, what happens when you log in?
Can you access your My EE account online?
