Occasionally, we need to run maintenance on the app to improve services. These maintenance works are done at a time that would cause the least amount of disruption, generally through the night. We're sorry for any inconvenience.

This happened to me yesterday and then today again. Couldn’t pause the WiFi for kids. Absolutely ridiculous because you don’t have the option on the webpage and they give no notice.

Totally agree, its always the same. Very poor planning and service from EE.
I have schedules set up to turn off my sons devices however as everyday life changes sometime I will allow him additional time or time cut short and im unable to go in and update schedules.
