Hey EE Team as a mobile provider you are obliged to answer and help people. What a heck is going on with the app? People pay you horrendous bills for this rubbish service. Answer!!

Have you tried deleting and redownloading the app? If you're still having problems after that, could you let us know what they are and we'll do our best to help?
