When will the App be available ?

This is getting really frustrating now. Almost every month the EE My App seems to be unavailable and undergoing maintenance when I need to transfer data between accounts. 
Is there an alternative way of managing data ?

Can you access the app this morning and gift data? 

You can gift data in your My EE account online and by giving us a call if you are unable to log into your My EE app.
