Website is broken and doesn't direct me to upgrade page

Firstly I login. Then everytime I click an upgrade button on various pages on the app or website with different browsers, it takes me from that page such as ee.co.uk/shop/mobile/upgrade to ee.co.uk/what-do-you-want-to-do-today which is just a blank page.

I just want to see my options and I don't want to call 150.

Yep, same here.
I am fortunate enough to have access to many PC systems, Windows, Mac and even Chromebook. I have tried this on all, with Browsers such as Opera, Firefox, Edge, Chrome Safari, also on Android App and IOS App.
IT DOES NOT WORK - its broken, simple.

Thanks for trying on several devices. When you log out, clear your cookies and cache and try again are you still facing the same error?

What's with EE staff asking people to try these pointless steps?

It is an issue with legacy accounts on EE, nothing to do with browsers,
cache, or device used.

Just admit it's an issue you have that EE have no intention of fixing
already 🤣
Agreed, I clearly stated that I have tried on multiple PCs with multiple Browsers as well as on iPad app and Android all with the same result.

EE - ITS BROKEN, FIX IT.

We've had an update yesterday which may have resolved any issue you have. 
If you haven't tried recently, if you could perform the steps (clear Cookies and Cache) and let us know how you get on that would be great.

Nope, still exactly the same, not sure what they updated or allegedly resolved but it wasn't this. Oh and before you ask, yes all cookies were cleared.

I cannot wait for November when my contract ends then goodbye EE, eeeeeeee

 

Tried again just, no change. Cleared all browsing history, cache, cookies,
site data, the lot.

Still the exact same issue.
