Website is broken and doesn't direct me to upgrade page

Firstly I login. Then everytime I click an upgrade button on various pages on the app or website with different browsers, it takes me from that page such as ee.co.uk/shop/mobile/upgrade to ee.co.uk/what-do-you-want-to-do-today which is just a blank page.

I just want to see my options and I don't want to call 150.

If your website is broken and isn’t directing users to the upgrade page, here are some steps you can take:

  1. Check for Errors: Inspect the site for any error messages or broken links that might be causing the issue.

  2. Verify Redirects: Ensure that the redirects to the upgrade page are correctly configured in your server or website settings.

  3. Clear Cache: Clear your browser and server cache to rule out caching issues that might be preventing the upgrade page from loading.

  4. Review URL Paths: Double-check the URL path for the upgrade page to ensure it is correct and accessible.

  5. Test on Different Browsers: Test the site on different browsers or devices to see if the problem is isolated to a specific platform.

  6. Revert Recent Changes: If the issue started after a recent update or change, consider rolling back to a previous version or undoing the changes to see if that resolves the problem.

Thank you! This just worked for me. I'd been trying to login on mobile and desktop for ages and wasn't getting anywhere. Such a simple fix for such a widespread issue, seems mad!

Unfortunately, for me this does not fix the upgrade to what-do-you-want-to-do-today page problem.

I can see the SIM only tariffs have changed and the deal I was looking to upgrade to is no longer available.

A month later(20/7) since I made a post here and nothing has improved, I'd even say the website has got worse.

Contract nearly up(At least I think it is since I'm unable to find out online), I guess I'll have to make sure to cancel it in store.

I'm having this issue as well. Will the website be fixed anytime soon or do I need to call 150 and wait on hold for an hour?

Have the same issue. If I need to go in a store or call someone, it's going to be to cancel my account.

EE has a week to fix it.

No. That’s absurd.

please fix your website. This is apparently an issue that’s been going on for years. How is it that your upgrade page doesn’t work. You’re literally giving up money.

I’ll just cancel my services with EE and move to a company with a functioning website when I really need to upgrade phones.

You know I bought a watch online about 5 years ago and the website wouldn't work then, and low and behold i tried to get a new phone for my daughter and it is now day two of trying to complete it, good to see EE is still consistent (ly disappointing) in this day and age i find it hard to comprehend how badly the website is maintained, theres websites from the late 90's that work better than yours, you make enough money  from us, sort it out!
