Website is broken and doesn't direct me to upgrade page

Firstly I login. Then everytime I click an upgrade button on various pages on the app or website with different browsers, it takes me from that page such as ee.co.uk/shop/mobile/upgrade to ee.co.uk/what-do-you-want-to-do-today which is just a blank page.

I just want to see my options and I don't want to call 150.

Did they manage to sort anything out via the private message? I don't need to upgrade anymore but was looking at adding another sim for a family member but it uses the same broken section of website. Tempted to look for another company now.

Christopher a large number of EE customers are having the same issues as @eveyaa which would suggest it’s a problem with EE not individual accounts. You seem to be repeating the same message instead of actually telling your paying customers what is going on, I wonder why a company would do that? 

@alistairbarnes0  hi, no they haven’t sorted anything out, they asked me to get in touch privately via private messaging but I will not be doing that because the problem is there is no information getting shared on their public platform. I’ll be moving over to a supermarket provider once my contract ends. I feel a supermarket provider will be more convenient for me, If I have any issues I can pop in when shopping.
supermarket providers offer good deals and are more competitive than the big phone providers, Every little Helps!

I sent them some information they requested 2 days ago, not heard anything back yet (just asked for an update) and it's still broken for me.

Generally, I think people would be less pee'd off if there was some sort of signposting on the issue from the CS team, just admitting theres an issue and that they're working on it would be a good start, then giving regular updates.

It's probably not seen as a high enough priority by someone though so it's sat doing nothing.

I am having the same issue. So frustrating.

Looking to upgrade and I cannot. I can't even see my bills on the browser.

Hi Leanne,
I have tried using multiple browsers and the app.

On the browser, when I log in and select upgrade, it takes me to the what-do-you-want-to-do-today page.

I've had this starting this evening, googled the name of the page and ended up on this thread.

 

I have found a way to force the website to complete authentication. After you login and are redirected to "What are you looking for?" page with no body, replace the "/what-are-you-..." from the url with "/login" and press enter. You'll be logged in and the page will work again.

Incredible a telco can't even get its website right
