Website is broken and doesn't direct me to upgrade page

Firstly I login. Then everytime I click an upgrade button on various pages on the app or website with different browsers, it takes me from that page such as ee.co.uk/shop/mobile/upgrade to ee.co.uk/what-do-you-want-to-do-today which is just a blank page.

I just want to see my options and I don't want to call 150.

While your suggestion may or may not be a way forward surely EE should be investigating why the website isn't working for what appears to be several customers. It seems strange that if I don't login I can select and purchase any phone or plan no problem! However, once logged into my account and try to upgrade the 'what are you looking for' appears!!

I’m having the same problem and I don’t want to call neither, I want to check at my own leisure without the sales pitch. I’m finishing with EE in November and going with Tesco mobile

I am having the exact same problem, there is obviously a problem with the webpage.

Same problem here, I shouldn't have to call for what should be the EE website's basic functionality

I'm having the same problem, it does feel like this website doesn't want EE to have any customers. I wish they would fix it instead of getting people to call its frustrating.

I am on Pay-as-you-go but i want to upgrade to a 1 month max unlimited data rolling contract, but i'd like to keep the number i have. But everytime i try to order the sim card from the shop it lets me select it but goes to the "what-do-you-want-to-do-today" page where nothing loads,

I've tried different browsers & the app. But it keeps happening.

I've had this issue since April, no matter the browser or if using the app in Mobile. Speaking to EE I was told simply that you were aware of the issue but waiting for a fix.

Since April.

This is an utterly bat**bleep** way to run a store,

Doesn't work for me either, can't check upgrades, mobile offers, etc on the app or website when logged in, tried every 'solution' provided in this thread and others with the same issue. It seems like its not a user end problem.
