What’s going on, I haven’t been able to get on the app or the website to manage my account, this has been going on since well before Christmas, I have sp9ken to EE who said it was a problem with the app and website, it’s been going on far too long now, I can’t even check my bill. What’s happening

As @Schockwave mentioned, getting back in touch with our team is the best next step. They’ll be able to check over your account and, if needed, escalate this so it can be looked into further.

Welcome to the community,
I would advise you to speak to customer service and ask them to refresh your account, then you should be able to register afresh with your usual account details and it should work again.
