We can't load this right now

Hi,

I am trying to login to myee and keep getting this error on the main screen. I have tried from a few devices and the app and get the same messages.

Any ideas?

Unfortunately mine still isn't working.....

Yes same. I got excited that it could be fixed. But I’m still locked out.

Thanks for coming back to the community. 

If you're getting this error message when logging into your EE account, can you try deleting and reinstalling the app. If you have tried this and the error is still showing, please get in touch with our tech guides and they can get the account looked into.

I spent nearly 2 hours on the phone yesterday and still no change. Eventually the guide said he needed to transfer me to a technical department, and after nearly 40 minutes on hold waiting for them to answer I was told I’d get a call back the next morning. I never got this call.

I don’t have another 2 hours spare and there seems no other way to contact you. Is there  any way of progressing my issue through email or chat?

I am sorry to hear you have not yet received a call back. 

Are you aware if a ticket raised by the technical care team?
