I have just added a third SIM to my EE account - looking at the account the existing two have a user friendly name assigned to them - I have forgotten how I did this and can't find how to assign a name to the new SIM.
Solved! See the answer below or view the solution in context.

Select the Profile in the top right, then Settings and Permissions, then Account and toggle Sync phone contacts Off and then back to On.
This should update the contacts for the EE App so the name appears as it does for the others.
Then restart your app after turning the setting back on and it should appear with the name.

It would be by adding the number as a contact in your phone.

Many thanks for tour reply
It is already added as a contact on all the phones associated with this contract.
When I look at the account on line no friendly name is visible

Many thanks indeed - found the setting - just to check before I do this as one of the phones is used by my wife and she has he own set of contacts - if I click on sync contacts will this affect her phone as well?

In answer to my own question - I tried it and it didn't affect her phone 😀
Many thanks for helping me sort it.
