In Canada
app not working, under maintenance
customer service closed
kids with no data so I can’t keep a location for them and I can’t transfer/gift data
absolutely terrible.
anyone help?

@frankthesurf As EE is a UK company obviously customer services work to UK times.
Open every day, all year round from 8am – 9pm Monday to Friday and 8am – 8pm Saturday and Sunday
Account maintenance will always happen late at night and very early morning as this will not effect the vast majority of customers. That’s also UK times
Being around 6 hours behind the UK means you’ll need to plan ahead if you need to gift data, you had up till around 11pm UK time to do this.

unfortunately that’s only part of the Canada saga.
we arrived here to find that NONE of our phones worked after adding the Roaming option.
I couldn’t get any phone/whatssapp/data and the EEChat was just a bot that sent me around in circles.
couldn’t even get in touch with anyone in UK including friends TO HELP
Ended up buying a Canada soon to contact EE
mess told the issue was that the Roaming had only activated a European roam and not fully international.
next time I’ll be CALLING them from the uk to set it up and not rely on doing it through the App.
