Hello Coldo99, I litrally had the same problem earlier, so phoned them via the myEE app and said I was frustrated that I couldn’t upgrade even though it kept prompting me, said I’d just leave to another company, the guy I got through with said he would try help, managed to get a iPhone 14 with 25gig for £40 a month, miles better to deal with over the phone, give them a call 👍🏼
