I have been an ee customer forever, using payg service, ever since the app has been updated I am unable to link my device - after entering the passcode I always get the same response: „We’re having trouble linking your products”. I get the same response when I try to do it via the website. The app worked fantastically before the update - it was fast and reliable, now its completely useless. I’ve been waiting 24h and more, delated and reinstalled the app, looks like the app/website crashes every single time. Yes I can use the telephone service to top ip and I have been doing it for the past couple of months but literally am fed up with it now - wonder if it’s time to look for another provider or is there any chance for this to be fixed (as it’s been months)???

You may need to contact EE Customer Services if it is a problem with your EE ID Account.
In the meantime you can top up using the Fast Payment service here: https://ee.co.uk/bills-payments/mobile/fast-payment
All it requires is a phone number, an email for confirmation and your payment details.
