I've been trying to upgrade my phone but everytime I try to upgrade online or on the app it does nothing ! Anyone else having this issue if I'm a none client it let's me but as soon as I log in it gives me nothing, anyone else got this issue ?

I had the same issue- since EE revised their app i've found quite a few bugs like this.

 

The only way to resolve this is to a) call 150 and upgrade through the right team, and b) get them to put you through to someone where you can raise the error

I'm sorry you are having trouble upgrading, is it just this part of your account you seem to have trouble with? Are you able to view your bills and plan ok?

There are so many things wrong with the app, tbh it needs going over with a fine tooth comb!

 

Often (before I took new EE broadband) sharing data used to regularly error or miss numbers that I could share data with, accessing the shop regularly errored, trying to view pages often timed out...
