Hi,
i ordered my upgraded yesterday and they said they sent me a confirmation email but they still haven't, is there a way for it to be sent again?
The money was taken out of my account so I know that the order placed went through.
however my EE account isn’t reflecting the changes

Hi @ShaunCam It's great news that you've upgraded! I can imagine you're excited to get your hands on your new device.
Did you speak to a sales guide to get your phone ordered, or did you order the phone online?
