Upgrade issue

I had got an upgrade and they upgrade the sim data to unlimited. I was not having this contract as i had 1 gb sim contract before. Now i am out of england as my sister had accident and my niece died so i will not be back by start of next month so i have no way to contact them. Is there any way, i can speak to them to get it changed as it is costing me alot! thank you

Did you change the contract to unlimited data but the plan has not started yet? 

Where are you roaming at the moment?
