Upgrade but can’t get through to EE

I upgraded my phone last night 

went all the way through 

then email saying thank you for your order can you ring us to verify 

I have been trying all day but just can’t get through

I tried one more time last night and after around 40 mins someone answered

it threw me and I said oh my god are you a real person 😂 she was lovely and new phone sorted and be here in around a month 

the iPhone 15 pro max 

I normally just go for iPhone so excited
