When the app is being updated how am I supposed to access broadband management to change schedules and switch on/off broadband to devices?
Can EE please inform via message or email in advance of this maintenance.

What is the point in the app that you rest your marketing on, when it is always down for maintenance so I cannot turn off the WiFi to my children’s apps. May as well be with Sky!

Agree, I moved from BT and key importance for me was ability to control kids wifi access and always down!

so the app is down and the website too!! surely you shut them down at different times so you can use one method of logging into your account!! what a load of tosh

App down... OFC it is. Its late on a weekend when maintenance is always done!
