I transferred from BT to EE 2 months ago, had two bills since then but unable to view any of them, I need these for my accountants as I have my own business. I have called EE twice and they said because I left BT seem to still be linked that that account and it would be sorted out and leave it a few days and try again . Nothing has changed this is now 10 days later. I don't have the time to wait on the phone again for endless amounts of time , if EE could just please email the invoices to me that would be great , I never had any problems viewing my bills on the BT web site, I wish I had never transferred across now

Hello @Hartley55.
Thanks for coming here.
Is your EE account a personal account or a business account?
Did the agent raise a ticket for this to be investigated?
Speak soon,
Katie

Yes they said they had raised a ticket , that's twice now I have called them with the same issue and they have raised a ticket , they said to log back on after a few days and I should be able to view the bills part on the EE system, but I am still unable to, its a personal account but my business pay it, I have broadband and a landline . All I need is for EE to email the bills to me, they are paid by Direct Debit so rather than EE send a link to say view your bill and you can't why not just attach it like other companies do then everyone would be happy , as I note I am one of many on this Forum with the same issue
I am not ringing again as nothing ever gets sorted

Hi @Hartley55.
I understand this is frustrating.
We have no account access here on the EE Community to be able to chase this for you.
Our guides are in the best position to view any current tickets and updates.

I am just going to leave EE and go back to BT at least there I can view my bills and print them , this is ridiculous and a lot of people will follow suit if nobody can email a bill or sort something so simple out . I don't have time to keep logging on to EE and not be able to view anything , I also don't have time to sit on a phone line for 20 mins at a time and be transferred around from dept to dept and have to wait yet again

There is no way back to BT for personal a/c's. BT is concentrating on business only.
