Unable to verify email of old account

I'm unable to log into my EE account as it was created before 20th july 2023. I don't know my password and when I attempt to reset, after putting in the code I get taken to a page that says "oops sorry this page doesn't exist" or something similar.

So I found out that because my account is so old I have to verify it another way. found here;

However when using this verification I never receive the email. Its not in junk or anything. I created a new account in the hopes I could just link my mobile to that but as its already tied to the other account it wont let me. 

So now I cant log in, I cant reset my password and I cant verify my account.

@Garethjcr  Are you doing this via a PC or on your device?    

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I've tried via mobile, pc and laptop. even tried using various browsers. none work.

I'd recommend contacting Customer Care so a member of the team can remove your old My EE account. This will allow you to re-register.
