I have been trying to upgrade my phone on the EE app and I go through the process of selecting the phone, plan and trade in and then click add to basket. When I then click on my basket it is empty and when I click 'check out', nothing happens.
I called to upgrade over the phone, but was offered less trade in value for my current phone. I was told the best value is through the app, but the app isn't working properly. I don't want to do it over the phone, if I can get a better deal through the app.
UPDATE : I deleted and reinstalled the app and now can access the basket and check out, but it now keeps changing the phone I have chosen and removes the trade in I have applied!! EE sort your useless app out!

@IanJW83 Try your online account. The app isn’t the only way to access your account
